The Firefighters Burn Institute will present the 8^th Alarm Chili Cook-Off at the Sacramento Regional Fire Museum.  It is scheduled for Saturday, September 16^th, 2023.

LOCATION:  Sacramento Regional Fire Museum, 3650 Industrial Blvd., West Sacramento, 95691

Hours for the event is 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.   This “8^th Alarm Chili Cook-Off” is benefiting and arranged by the Firefighters Burn Institute.   Events such as this also help support Sacramento Regional Fire Museum.  Join us for the chili cooking competition featuring firefighter and civilian teams whom count on YOUR VOTE to win the big first place title.  The lighted beverage garden will feature unlimited regional beer and quality wines, and the main hall will host all of the chili tasting stations, live music, dancing, raffle, and much more.

Tickets are available on line and at the door for $40 for adults, $20 for children.  You will cast your vote for your favorite chili.  This is always a fun event, great food, with the backdrop and fabulous environment of our fire museum that many find fascinating and engaging.
